Explain your product through a brand narrative

TrueSpot came to us with the task of creating an “Explainer Video.” We created a two minute video that explains the technology that drives their products in the form of a narrative. By identifying industry problems and TrueSpot solutions, we were able to capture new customers with engaging storytelling.

 

The best way to bring your brand or product to life is to show it and not just say it.

  • Identify the Problem

    The TrueSpot explainer video is a narrative in three acts. Each act identifies a common problem, TrueSpot’s product solution, and a call to action. Before offering a solution, it’s important to identify the problem. In the explainer, by introducing the problem, it helps create relevance with the audience by identifying the pain points.

  • Off the solution

    After outlining the problem, the narrative unfolds by showing how TrueSpot’s technology is not only easy to use, but it does combat the problems previously mentioned. It doesn’t just talk about the solution, but it visually explains how the product offering is a true solution that can help ease frustration.

  • Call to Action

    The explainer video concludes with a call to action. Let’s be honest, it’s nice to have a highly produced video that tells a story and engages people, but in the end, you want your audience to convert in order to have a bigger conversation. This formula of identifying the problem, offering a solution, and ending with a call to action makes for a great strategy with visual storytelling.
